<p>The Technical Consultant (TC) role at RSA requires an intelligent, goal oriented, creative and energetic individual with a strong technical aptitude that wants to win. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations by providing value to our clients through leveraging the Archer SmartSuite Framework and our core solutions. Our team is geographically distributed across the US and is aligned with our customer / prospect base supported by the efforts of our Marketing, Product Management, Client Services, Support and Engineering teams.  Together the TC and Account Manager work to understand business requirements of the client and make recommendations, leveraging their capabilities to create in a Win-Win relationship.</p>

<p><b>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Supports sales personnel by developing technical strategies to deliver RSA solutions that support business objectives of customers.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical guidance during product demonstrations, presentations, and pilot implementations</li>
<li>Analyze customer business requirements, build proof-of-concept solutions, and demonstrate solutions back to prospective customers</li>
<li>Provide technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering team to develop custom integration solutions where required</li>
<li>Deliver sales and technical pre-sales support to customers</li>
<li>Deliver product training and knowledge around the RSA Archer solutions to customers, channel partners, and technology partners</li>
<li>Deliver onsite and online presentations and demonstrations to customers and internal sales teams</li>
<li>Maintain full knowledge and hands-on proficiency with company product lines (specifically Archer) and major competitor’s product lines</li>
</ul>

<li>General knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and enterprise security principals; may have experience as an Application developer, network, or systems administrator</li>

<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">The USC Office of Compliance is seeking an <b>Information Security Manager </b>to join its team.</p>
<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">
<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">The Information Security Manager will report to USC&#8217;s Director, Information Security Officer and support USC&#8217;s information security program throughout all campuses. The information security program identifies risks through ongoing risk assessments with internal and external stakeholders, recommends strategic solutions, and leads the evaluation of those strategic solutions to mitigate risks. It collaborates in the development of ethical standards, policies, and procedures designed to prevent and detect violations of applicable state and federal regulations related to information security. It ensures integration of information security compliance monitoring with USC&#8217;s Audit Services, General Counsel, Information Technology Services and the IT units throughout all the USC schools and departments.</p>
<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">
<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">The program also provides education and training to the affected community on how to comply with applicable laws and USC policy, and monitors its compliance with applicable standards. The Information Security Office leads the coordination of appropriate response to information security/cyber events and conducts investigations into allegations of wrongdoing, coordinates with law enforcement as applicable, and assists with implementing corrective action where necessary.</p>
<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">
<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">The successful candidate will provide specific support with respect to a number of identified information security risk areas, including: operating systems, application security, access management, firewalls, network security, malicious software, event/data recovery, mobile devices, cloud computing, social media, email and collaboration technologies. The successful candidate will also participate in the expansion of the program to enable it to take a leadership role in additional areas of identified information security risk and will perform other related duties as assigned or requested.</p>

Extensive experience conducting assessments, digital forensic investigations, vulnerability remediation, incident response and handling zero day attacks, advanced persistent threats, intrusion detection/prevention, email encryption and data loss prevention. Thorough knowledge of risk management, risk analysis and risk assessment methodology. Working knowledge of information security frameworks e.g. NIST and ISO2700 series. Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to triage/ prioritize. Strong critical thinking and analytical ability. Ability to work effectively with external vendors and all levels of management.</p>

Security related certifications preferred; e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.</p>

<p><strong>Position/Program Requirements: </strong><br />
Knowledge Preferred:<br />
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success managing client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management, including the following:<br />
- Requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses.</p>
<p>Obtained certifications of the following are preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Manager Professional (PMP), and/or Certified JAVA Developer</p>
<p>Skills Preferred:<br />
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success utilizing the following when producing deliverables for client engagements related to managing successful enterprise scale implementations within Information Security, including:<br />
- Utilizing the Identity Management suite of products (CA, SUN, IBM, Oracle) and of their design and implementation.<br />
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.<br />
- Performing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff.</p>
<p>Demonstrates proven thorough abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes, where necessary, in conjunction with the following:<br />
-Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts<br />
-Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.</p>
<p>Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success contributing to and supporting practice management for a specific operation or process, including:<br />
-Contributing and supervising specific workstreams on an engagement(s), staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital.<br />
-Collaborating with business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients.<br />
- Identifying and addressing client needs while displaying the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.<br />
-Contributing to business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and sign-off</p>
